Our Story

Fiamme is a traditional Naples inspired Italian restaurant, specializing in authentic artisanal oak-fired oven pizzas.

We offer Italian cuisine at it’s simplest, yet finest.  Our ingredients are imported and prepared fresh daily, resulting in optimal taste and quality.  We strive to offer the best tasting gluten-free alternatives to all of our pizzas and pastas.  With our dairy-free handmade pizza dough, our menu is friendly to all vegans and vegetarians as well.  Fiamme has a unique and diverse wine list, complimenting all ranges of tastes and preferences.  We also have an extensive and ever-growing craft beer list.  The variety, flavors, and presentation of our Signature Drinks rarely goes unnoticed.

Our Pizzas:
Fiamme is dedicated to using the same ingredients and techniques utilized in and around Naples.  Our artisanal dough is crafted in-house every day.  Using imported double milled 00 Caputo flour, we patiently allow our dough to rise slowly…creating a fragrant flavor and chewy, light structure.  The dough is stretched on a marble slab and topped with the most authentic and honest ingredients.  These pizzas are then placed on the brick floor of an 800 degree oak-fired oven and rotated until they achieve a beautiful blistered crust and heavenly light char.

Gluten Free

Our gluten-free pizza crust is made with Antico Molino Caputo Fiore Glut – Gluten-free flour mix. This “blend of rice and potato starches, rice and soy flour, sugar, thickeners and dietary fiber”, combined with our daily preparation and hand-stretched techniques ensure that our gluten-free pizzas are some of the best available. Although we are not a gluten-free facility, our gluten-free pizzas are prepared with their own utensils to prevent cross-contamination. Many of our menu options can be prepared Gluten Friendly with an additional charge, please ask your server for menu options and modifications.
